The work
What your shift could look like
Every shift comes with a briefing, set times, a location and an hourly rate, all explained before you say yes. Work can span setup, market hours and pack-down, including weekends, and you tell us which dates and tasks suit you.
- Welcoming visitors and giving directions
- Checking in stallholders and helping them find their spaces
- Assisting with event setup and pack-down
- Keeping shared areas tidy and flagging issues to the event lead
- Helping the team answer questions during the market

As we grow, crew can step into stallholder coordination, visitor experience or event operations.
We're planning markets roughly every two weeks next year, and we'd love a crew we can invite back again and again.
Who we're looking for
Good energy beats a long resume
You don't need years of event experience. We want people who communicate well, arrive on time, follow directions and enjoy helping others. Tell us about any customer service, hospitality, retail or event experience, and whether you're comfortable with setup or pack-down tasks.
